| Leo Adorador, PT, DPT is
the owner of Pass Physical Therapy. He has
worked in physical therapy since 1992 and
received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from
Loma Linda University. Dr. Adorador has
completed a year long manual therapy course and
utilizes the latest technology to get you back
to your fullest potential in the shortest amount
of time. Currently, Leo is the coordinator
of clinical education for students from Loma Linda
University. Leo
is a member of the American Physical Therapy
Association, the Orthopedic Section and Private
Practice Section of the APTA. Hobbies include
golf, cycling, basketball, church activities, and spending time with family. |

| Linda Garcia is a
physical therapist assistant. She has graduated
from Cerritos College in 2004 with an Associate of Arts and
brings a positive attitude to all of her patients.
Mrs. Garcia is well versed in using Pass Physical
Therapy’s low-level laser device. Linda
is a member of the American Physical Therapy
Association and is bilingual (Spanish).
Married with a young daughter, Linda enjoys camping, hiking, baking cookies and spending time with her family. |

| Frances Lim, physical therapist to the stars, has been with Pass PT for
past 2 years. In that time she has demonstrated a knowleged of
everything you might need to know. Never short on answers,
patients love to dialogue with Fran. She graduated with her
Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007. She has a passion for her
daughter and getting patients better! |  | | Starla Nelson, physical
therapist, covers for both clinics. She graduated from
Loma Linda University in 1990 and has spent most of her working career in orthopedic outpatient clinics. Her
favorite hobbies include riding her bicycle, photography, arts & crafts and helping out at her boys school. |  |
| Sheila Guzman
is our office billing coordinator. She is fluent in
Spanish. Sheila enters in patients
charges, mails bills to insurances, collects money for services
rendered and follows up on past due accounts. Ms. Guzman attended
Bryman College and received a billing certificate in medial insurance
billing and coding. “Working in an environment where I have the
opportunity to meet and talk to patients on a daily basis is motivating
and inspiring.” Shopping, facebooking, working out at gym and
spending time with her daughter are some of her favorite
activities.

| Teresa Coronado
works the front desk in the Beaumont office. She helps the
therapist as needed and is our official greeter. Her favorite
part working for Pass PT is the interaction with each patient.
Patients remark every day at how soothing and therapeutic her voice is.

Erika Perez is
our front desk and aide at the Yuciapa clinic. She is almost done
with her BA in liberal studies concentration on human studies from
UCSB. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends
and going to the beach.

Natalie Thomas works
as our per diem front office coordinator/ PT aide at both of our
sites. Natalie is responsible for answering phones, scheduling
patients, checking patient's eligibility and assisting therapist as
needed. Natalie is a certified Nurses aid and has worked in the medical
field for 12 years. "I love what I do here at Pass PT and the results
of patients after finishing therapy." Natalie is happily married with 2
beautiful children. If Natalie had her way she would be here
"forever". Hobbies include spending time with family, involvement
with her kids sport activities, and of course shopping.
Lorena Hernandez
is our marketing director. Her primary objective is to
facilitate communication between physican offices and our office.
Her upbeat attitude and creative ability make her an indeal
choice to represent Pass PT to the public. Lorena is married and has
one daughter. She loves to do scrapbooking and talk to friends.
Her creativity is a perfect fit as she brings gifts to our
referral sources. |
