| Leo Adorador, PT, DPT is
the owner of Pass Physical Therapy. He has
worked in physical therapy since 1992 and
received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from
Loma Linda University. Dr. Adorador has
completed a year long manual therapy course and
utilizes the latest technology to get you back
to your fullest potential in the shortest amount
of time. Currently, Leo is the coordinator
of clinical education for students from Loma Linda
University. Leo
is a member of the American Physical Therapy
Association, the Orthopedic Section and Private
Practice Section of the APTA. Hobbies include
golf, cycling, basketball, church activities, and spending time with family.

| Linda Garcia is a
physical therapist assistant. She has graduated
from Cerritos College with an Associate of Arts and
brings a positive attitude to all of her patients.
Mrs. Garcia is well versed in using Pass Physical
Therapy’s low-level laser device. Linda
is a member of the American Physical Therapy
Association and is bilingual (Spanish).
Married with a young daughter, Linda enjoys camping,
hiking, and cycle.

| Lorena Hernandez brings 17
years of medical field experience to her
position. She currently serves as our Director
of Marketing. Her position is to facilitate communication between
physicians and their staff ofPass PT. Lorena enjoys working her own
hours and promoting the clinic. Her hobbies
include church activities, scrap booking, Art’s & Crafts.

| Sheila Guzman is our
office billing coordinator. She is fluent in
Spanish. Sheila enters in patients charges,
mails bills to insurances, collects money for
services rendered and follows up on past due
accounts. Ms. Guzman attended Bryman College
and received a billing certificate in medial
insurance billing and coding. “Working in an
environment where I have the opportunity to meet
and talk to patients on a daily basis is
motivating and inspiring.” Shopping is one of
her favorite activities.

| Kim M. is works the front desk in the Beaumont
office. She helps the therapist as needed
and is our official greeter. Her favorite
part working for Pass PT is the interaction with
each patient. Kim is happily married
with 3 beautiful kids. She enjoys
spending time with her family, camping and
shopping. |

| Frances Lim,
PT, DPT
is our physical therapist for the Yucaipa clinic. Dr. Lim
graduated from Loma Linda University in 1997 with a Masters and then
graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2000. Fran's
best attributes are giving compassionate care to each patient she
treats. She
is a member of the American Physical Therapy
Association. Fran loves to spend time with her newborn, Ava.

| Natalie Thomas
is our front office coordinator/ PT aide at
Yucaipa.
Natalie is responsible for answering phones,
scheduling patients, checking patient's
eligibility and assisting therapist as needed.
Natalie is a certified Nurses aid and has worked
in the medical field for 10 years. "I love what I
do here at Pass PT and the results of patients
after finishing therapy." Natalie is happily
married with 2 beautiful children. Hobbies
include spending time with family, involvement
with her kids sport activities, and of course shopping.
